More Details About Our 1000 Rounds of 125gr FMJ .357 Mag Ammo by Armscor

The .357 Magnum was designed in 1934 by avid outdoorsman Elmer Keith. Keith spent years meticulously altering handloads for various cartridges, and his skilled adjustments brought the firearms world some of our hardest-hitting rounds, including the .44 Magnum, .41 Magnum, and, of course, the .357 Magnum. Although the creation of the .357 Magnum was a collaborative effort in some ways, a significant amount of the credit has to go to Keith. His early work hand-loading the .38 Special to higher pressures and his Keith-style bullet, which was unique because it left a larger portion of the bullet outside the cartridge, among other features, are just two reasons we have Keith to thank for this powerful round.

At 125 grain these are lightweight for the cartridge, which enables them to reach your target at greater speeds while maintaining the raw energy you expect from a .357 Magnum. These FMJ rounds are great for target practice, tactical training, and plinking, although with the .357 Magnum it isn’t so much plinking as it is utter annihilation of defenseless stationary targets. This ammunition flies down-range with a muzzle velocity of 1875 feet per second and sledgehammers home with a muzzle energy of 984 foot-pounds. These are new-production, non-corrosive brass cases with boxer primer, which means you can reload them and spend even more time with your truly tough pistol.

Armscor, whose full name is the Arms Corporation of the Philippines, was founded in 1952, although its roots can actually be traced to 1911 through its parent company, Squires, Bingham & Co. Their headquarters and long-time plant are located in Marikina, Philippines, although they also have a U.S. subsidiary in Pahrump, Nevada, which has a secondary branch in Stevensville, Montana. Armscor is an ISO 9001 certified company and all ammunition meets SAAMI or CIP specifications. There are 1000 rounds in this case, so order one for your gun and celebrate the power of the mighty .357 Magnum.
