Returns and Exchanges

AmmoForSale.com wants to make sure our customers are satisfied with their shopping experience and their product. We know that some things are out of our control and that at times, product arrives damaged or is defective. When these scenarios occur, we are here for our customers. If you receive damaged or defective product, please contact our office immediately within 30 days from the day you placed your order. You can email our customer support staff at customerservice@ammoforsale.com. In your reason for return is in line with our return policy, our staff will provide options and instructions for processing your return. Once your return product arrives back at our warehouse and is inspected by our product experts, our team will, at our sole discretion, offer you the option of a refund, a store credit, or free replacement of the defective or damaged product returned.

Shipping

While we would love to ship our product around the world, we have decided not to ship outside the lower forty-eight states of the United States because of the complications with shipping carriers and Customs. By placing an order with our company, you acknowledge that if fulfilled, your order will not cause AmmoForSale.com to violate any federal, state, or local law or ordinance. Additionally, you agree to not submit orders for ammunition where your shipping address is in Massachusetts, Chicago, New York City, or any other area where such a transaction or delivery is prohibited by any law or ordinance. If you live in Illinois or New Jersey, we can ship to you provided that you submit the proper documentation to our office.

Statements of Customer

By placing an order with our company, you agree that the following statements are true (no exceptions):

I am not currently less than twenty-one (21) years old.
I am currently not subject to a restraining order of any kind.
I have not been adjudicated as a mental defective and I have not been committed to any mental institution.
I am not an illegal or unlawful alien.
I am not an unlawful user or addicted to any controlled substance.
By selling or delivering ammunition to me, AmmoForSale.com is not violating any state or local law or ordinance.
I have never been and I am not expected to be convicted in any court of a misdemeanor crime of domestic violence.
I am not under indictment for and have never been convicted in any court of a crime punishable by imprisonment for over one year.
I am not a fugitive from justice.
I have never been and I am not expected to be discharged from the Armed Forces under dishonorable conditions.
I have not renounced my U.S. citizenship.

Cancellation Policy

Our warehouse team does its best to get packages out the door as quickly as possible. In most cases, from the time that an order is placed until the time the order is packaged, registered with a carrier, and on a pallet on our loading dock may be only an hour or two. As a result of this, we ask that our customers place their orders carefully as our office does not allow for order cancellations. If you placed an order and realized that you ordered the wrong product, shoot us an e-mail or give us a call and we will see if we can substitute the correct product before your package is given to a carrier. We do our best to help our customers, but sometimes, our warehouse staff is so fast that it is too late to substitute product.

Damaged or Missing Product

AmmoForSale.com is dedicated to making sure that our customers are made whole when their orders get damaged or lost by a shipping carrier. This does not happen often, but it does happen. By placing an order with our company, you agree that once your order has been delivered to the shipping address, that you are solely responsible for its safety.

AmmoForSale.com is only a provider of products developed by other companies or persons. For this reason, AmmoForSale.com expressly disclaims any warranty of merchantability.

Product Q&A Tool

We have provided the Product Q&A tool as a service to shooters. AmmoForSale.com expressly disclaims any and all liability related to how shooters use the information provided by the Product Q&A tool.

Future Communications

By placing an order with our company, you agree to allow our company to send you courteous follow-up e-mails and to send you our weekly newsletter. If you do not want to receive these communications, you can simply opt out by clicking on the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any e-mails you receive from our office.

Indemnification and Agreement to Defend

By placing an order with our company, you agree that if any of the representations you have made in the Terms of Use prove to be false or if you fail to comply with the Terms of Use, that you will be obligated to indemnify and defend AmmoForSale.com and its owners, agents, officers, and employees against any civil liability or criminal prosecution resulting from your purchase from or involvement with AmmoForSale.com. You also agree that by placing an order with our company that you thereby release AmmoForSale.com from any and all liability arising from or related to the products purchased to include but not limited to the use of the product, the storage of the product, and the transportation of the product and you agree to indemnify and pay to defend AmmoForSale.com from any other party's similar claim againt AmmoForSale.com that arises from an order you placed or that arises from any other form of interaction between us (you and AmmoForSale.com).

Jurisdiction/Venue

By placing an order with our company, you agree that if a claim is ever to be brought by you against AmmoForSale.com or any of its owners, agents, officers, or employees that such a complaint must be filed within a court located in Knox County, Tennessee. Additionally, you thereby stipulate that you agree that any such complaints not filed within Knox County, Tennessee shall be immediately removed to a court within Knox County, Tennessee and you agree to reimburse AmmoForSale.com and any other defendants for the costs of defending against the wrongly filed complaint or effecting its removal.
