- Q & A
Wolf is a subsidiary of the legendary Tula Arms Plant, a company that’s been in business for 300 years. Tula was founded in 1712 by Peter I when it was decided that the best way for the locals to protect themselves from invading nomads was by having more readily accessible ammunition. At the time the closest arsenal was in Moscow, which was too far to travel. Before long Tula began branching out beyond the borders of their small town, and today their products are used all over the world. Perhaps the greatest thing about Tula is their economical prices.
These Tula rounds are meant for your 7.62x39mm-chambered rifle. At 123 grain these rounds are fairly lightweight and capable of flying down-range at high speeds but still heavy enough to hit hard. These are Full Metal Jacket, or FMJ, rounds and don’t expand on impact. Because rifle rounds are capable of traveling over a mile before stopping it’s important to have a solid backstop in place. These rounds leave the barrel of your rifle with stunning speed and impact targets with staggering force. This ammunition is meant for target practice, tactical training, and plinking.
There are 20 target rounds in this box of ammunition from Wolf. That’s just enough ammunition to give your rifle a light snack and give you an idea of the ammo’s performance. In order to save you money, Wolf produces these rounds using their own unique layering technique to create steel cases. Finished cases are coated in a special polymer for consistent cycling. Manufacturing takes place at the Tula factory in Tula, Russia. Order now, and feed your rifle.
