And their concentric-walled brass cases and uniform powder charges make Aguila’s ammo perform even more predictably.
This round’s 38 grain copper plated hollow point bullet is just as good for the range as it is varmint hunting. The shiny plating doesn’t just look nice cosmetically – it also helps the bullet to streak less lead residue down a firearm’s barrel. If the nose cavity fills with a varmint’s soft tissue, it’s going to force the bullet to spread outward and deal greater damage to said varmint.
