Everyone loves POWER. But sometimes you want significantly less POWER – especially when you’re trying to reduce the amount of recoil you feel and the amount of noise you have to hear. If those are your goals for your 12 Gauge shotgun, then Aguila’s Minishell ammo is going to satisfy!

This shell is 1-3/4” long – a full inch shorter than usual. That’s why it holds just 5/8 ounces of shot, which is comprised of seven #4 buck and four #1 buck pellets. The shell’s powder accelerates the shot to a muzzle velocity of 1,200 fps, which means they’ll hit a close range target with about half as much energy as nine pellets of 00 buck would have.

But this round still does serious damage – albeit with less kick and a softer report. And thanks to its small size, you can load more ammo into your shotgun than ever before! Just take care that Minishell ammo won’t operate a semi-auto, nor will it run through many makes and models of pump-actions which haven’t been modified for that purpose.
