250 Rounds of 7/8 ounce #8 shot 20ga Ammo by NobelSport

Italy is home to many fine shotshell manufacturers, including NobelSport. They’re a newer operation compared to Fiocchi and Baschieri & Pellagri, but they have already won worldwide acclaim for their expertly assembled high-quality shells.

NobelSport loads this 20 Gauge ammunition specifically for trap, although we reason you could use it for skeet or sporting clays as well. It’s loaded with the 20ga target shooter’s standard 7/8 ounces of shot – #8 shot, to be more specific, which is made of extra hard lead to ensure extra tight patterning. The tempered lead pellets are cradled in a plastic wad by Gualandi, which splits apart upon tearing out of the barrel at a rate of 1,210 feet per second to provide the fast, clean separation that lands more pellets on target.

This ammo’s low-brass hulls are loaded with NobelSport’s own single base C7 powder, as well as the sensitive primers which always get the show on the road. Expect manageable recoil from these reloadable 2-1/2 dram equivalent rounds!
