100 Rounds of 1 1/2 ounce BB shot 12ga Ammo by Winchester Varmint X

A lot of people see “BB” and instinctively assume it’s waterfowl shot. They’re usually right – but in this case, their finely attuned ammo senses might lead them astray. Winchester Varmint X 12 Gauge is loaded with lead shot, and its intended application is … well, I mean c’mon. It’s right there in its name!

This shell’s high-velocity 1-1/2 ounces of BB lead shot is the worst thing that will ever happen to a varmint (or predator). Not only are the pellets plated in copper, which keeps them rounder during ignition to promote tighter patterning and rounder after impact to promote deeper penetration. Those pellets are also suspended in Shot-Lok. Ignition pulverizes the clear resin, in which state it helps the shot stay even rounder as it rockets through the barrel. The payoff? Fifty percent more pellets in a 10” circle at 40 yards, as well as greater penetration over standard lead at ranges beyond!
