Imagine two dogs. One is an East St. Louis K9 unit: a battering ram of a German Shepherd who has spent a short lifetime practicing how to bite. The other is some old lady’s golden retriever: an absolute goofball, who would let home invaders take anything so long as they pet him first.
This 9mm ammo is like the sweet golden retriever. Sure – there is some kick to it – but once that extremely light 100 grain bullet exits a 4” barrel’s muzzle at an extremely low muzzle velocity of 1,130 fps, you’re bound to feel noticeably gentle recoil. It’s excellent if you’re looking for greater comfort or duller muzzle flip.
Blazer’s ammo is always a fine choice for target practice. We wouldn’t recommend this ammo’s soft-hitting and non-expanding full metal jacket bullets for defense, but the nonmagnetic FMJs are excellent for any kind of training at all commercial ranges. The Idahoan manufacturer’s brass cases are brand new and reloadable, too!
