More Details About This Igman Ammunition 147gr FMJ .308 Win Ammo
Let us consult The Big Book of Ammo Facts for a moment. [Holds up enormous tome; leafs through pages too quickly to actually read anything.] Aha! It’s just as we expected. Right here – page 982, second footnote, where it reads: “It is always a good idea to offer Bosnian-made 7.62x51mm ammunition for sale, because American shooters love using it for target practice and plinking.”
It’s a good thing we’ve already got Igman’s M80 ball ammunition in stock. Whether you’re firing a NATO-approved battle rifle or just entertaining yourself with your 308 Win, you can trust these carefully assembled and quality-controlled cartridges to treat you to a real egg salad of a time.*
Core: lead, with some antimony.
Jacket: copper, with some zinc.
Result: a full metal jacket bullet which cannot move a magnet, and is A-OK for ranges that prohibit magnetic ammo inside.
“M80” just means this is the basic bare-bones 7.62 NATO ammo you need for all your recreational shooting needs. It’s loaded with noncorrosive Boxer primers and new/reloadable brass cases, and packaged in 20 rounds boxes; ten boxes per PVC bag; five bags per cardboard case.
*For reference, an “egg salad” of a time is what could also be described as a good time.
