Looking for 308 Win long-range target ammo? Then step on in. These paper punchers were made by Igman d.d. Konjic, a 70+ year old military and hunting ammo manufacturer in the nation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
This round’s bullet is 175 grains. It is a heavier weight for the 308 Win, and the bullet carries more energy with it downrange as a result. While the hollow point boat tail may hit harder, it will not expand after impact with a game animal. (A soft point would serve you better for hunting.) The HPBT’s lead-antimony core was inserted through the small opening in its brass-alloy jacket’s tip, which promotes greater overall in-flight stability.
Igman loads 100% nonmagnetic HPBTs. This is their new production ammo, outfitted with noncorrosive Boxer primers that won’t harm your rifle. Their brand new brass cases make these foreign range loads reloadable.
