This 223 is loaded with Nosler’s own 62 grain flat base hollow point bullet. The jacket also thickens around its midsection to prevent deformation, but it’s exceedingly thin around the nose cavity. This causes the bullet to violently self-destruct immediately following impact, strewing varmint giblets this way and that as the result. This bullet makes very dead varmints.
