200 Rounds of 69gr OTM BT 5.56x45 Ammo by Barnes

Amazing marksmanship and a precision rifle aren’t enough on their own. You’ve got to have some real whiz-bang ammo when your only goal is to hit distant targets and land dynamite shot groupings. If that’s your cup of tea, then so is Barnes Precision Match series ammunition!

This 5.56x45 cartridge is loaded with a very heavy bullet. At 69 grains its muzzle velocity is a mere 2,900 fps, but all that weight pays off in the form of a higher 0.330 G1 ballistic coefficient. So long as your barrel has a fast enough rate of twist to stabilize this bullet, wind deflection isn't going to be that much of a problem.

This ammo is loaded with Barnes’ own Match Burner bullets. The open tip match’s uniformly distributed lead core and intensely concentric jacket provide rotational stability, and its boat tail measurably cuts down on drag. A flat trajectory demands no less.

This is not hunting ammo – the OTM BT’s nose cavity cannot unleash terminal expansion. Each long-range target load features a reloadable match brass case, as well as an expertly matched primer and propellant charge. Loaded in Utah!
