50 Rounds of 147gr FMJ 9mm Ammo by Blazer Brass

This 9mm cartridge from Blazer’s Brass line of ammunition features a relatively hefty 147 grain projectile. That bullet weight isn’t considered optimal by many for self-defense, so training with it to get a better feel for your everyday carry may not be terribly effective. It’s stellar for target practice, however, thanks to its subsonic muzzle velocity and its full metal jacket which will let you fire more shots before bore fouling mandates a thorough cleaning. This bullet’s base is also protected by its jacket, so you’ll create drastically fewer lead fumes while firing it! That’s just health conscious, right there.

Blazer’s usual aluminum casing does have its merits, but its inability to do anything for you at your reloading bench doesn’t rank among them. This Brass round’s casing is great for handloading, though, so you can enjoy it both on and off the range. You’ll appreciate it the first time you fire it as well thanks to its responsive CCI primer and propellant that burns clean to preserve your action and bore.
