More Details About Our 500 Rounds of 115gr FMJ 9mm Ammo by Remington Range
Remington’s renowned quality at a range-friendly price? Where? Heaven? No! Right here on earth – specifically in our warehouse, which is chock full o' Remington Range 9mm ammunition.
Remington hasn’t aggressively designed every component in this cartridge as cheaply as possible. Its full metal jacket projectiles are light at 115 grains (and therefore contain relatively less lead and copper), but they are assuredly steel free and incapable of moving a magnet. Its brass cases are new as they day they were made, and charged up with surefire Kleanbore primers and high-quality, clean-burning, temperature-stable propellant as well.
The only cost-saving measure of any note that Remington employed is this: plated jackets. This type of jacket utilizes less copper, but is also relatively thinner and more fragile. That has one important implication for performance: do not fire plated FMJs through a ported recoil compensator. Do not fire them through a ported barrel either, for that matter.
This is not loose-packed ammo. One case contains five individual boxes.
