The Barnes Tipped Triple-Shock X boat tail (TTSX BT)? It’s not just a lead-free hunting bullet. It’s a lead free hunting bullet that excels at everything a great hunting bullet ought to do!
The TTSX isn’t just accurate because its weight distribution is flawless. It also features a sharp polymer tip, pressure-relieving grooves, and a BT to keep it stabilized and reduce in-flight drag. Impact does little to fragment a metal as ductile as copper, so the TTSX reliably penetrates deeply. The TTSX’s tip slams inward during and after impact, which forces multiple cutting petals to protrude from its tip. Medium game animals feel uneasy just thinking about that kind of terminal expansion!
Its monolithic, all-copper construction gives the TTSX some other unique advantages. Naturally, it’s welcome to hunt in places where lead bullets aren’t welcome.
