More Details About Our 500 Rounds of 110gr SJHP .38 Spl Ammo by Remington HTP
You have two options:
1. Carry a 38 Special revolver loaded with Remington High Terminal Performance ammunition, and take confidence knowing you are equipped to handle a threat.
2. We will not describe your second option to you. We’d rather you just order the right 38 Special ammo for personal defense!
This cartridge is loaded with a light and fast-flying 110 grain projectile. Striking energy at 25 yards is reportedly 206 ft lbs, but that doesn’t accurately reflect all of the bullet’s stopping power. As a semi-jacketed hollow point, the bullet possesses the rigid coper shell it needs to enter deeply into its target and the nose cavity requisite for faster energy transfer and serious terminal expansion. The jacket’s wavy border helps to direct more uniform outward expansion. The threat will wish that feature weren’t present.
Remington’s HTP series ammunition is loaded with nickel-plated brass cases. Nickel is smoother than naked brass, and helps the shell slide effortlessly out of the chamber. Nickel is also less chemically reactive than brass – excellent if you would prefer your ammo not to become tarnished in the presence of moisture, which is everywhere.
