- Q & A
As we all know, shot placement is incredibly important, and the only way to achieve good shot placement is through practice. And, of course, the only way to practice enough is by burning through a lot of ammunition, and that gets expensive. The answer to that expense is Wolf ammunition, which is specifically made so it can be economically priced, allowing you to shoot more ammo for less money. After all, honing your marksmanship and improving shot placement shouldn’t cost you an arm and a leg.
Wolf is part of the Tula Arms Plant, a centuries-old company with a long history of producing guns, knives and ammunition. Tula was founded in 1712 by order of Aleksander I in an attempt to supply the locals with weapons to protect themselves from invading nomads. Right from the start Tula has worked to use state-of-the-art technology for production, which meant water machines in 1712 and computer technology today. They’ve spent more than 300 years making ammunition, so you can be sure they know what they’re doing.
These Wolf rounds are for your 7.62x54r and weigh 148 grain. That makes them moderately heavy and capable of punching quite a hole in your targets. These are Full Metal Jacket (FMJ) rounds and will not expand on impact. What they will do is travel long distances unchecked, so make sure you have a solid backstop in place during range time. Each round has a muzzle velocity of 2785 feet per second and muzzle energy of 2407 foot-pounds. This ammunition is best for target practice, shooting drills, and plinking. There are 500 target rounds in this box. Production takes place at the Tula plant in Tula, Russia. Order now to be the high-volume shooter you’ve always wanted to be.
