Thank you for reaching out Andy! Just to be sure, this isn't surplus ammunition. It is brand new production from Serbia, and Prvi Partizan's brass is certainly high enough quality to serve as the foundation for any reloading project. That said, you could certainly reload actual surplus 30-06 ammo as well. The M1 Garand Forum offers a wealth of information if you would like to know more about this type of project:

The ammo market is still in flux as the result of metal shortages as well as increased demand resulting from civil unrest, COVID, and the administration of a political party which wants to ban the online sale of ammunition, among other things. Things have certainly gotten better since 2020, but some cartridges may be intermittently hard to find. We're doing our best to keep a good selection in stock regardless, and we update our inventory frequently. I hope you'll check back in with us soon!
