Want to get your ammunition from one of the oldest ammunition companies in business? Take a look at Tula. The Tula Arms Plant was founded in 1712 when Tsar Peter I decided an ammunition plant needed to be built locally so the locals had a way to protect themselves from invading nomads. At the time it was way too hard to go to Moscow for protection, and that’s where the nearest arms storage was. And so Tula was founded, and right from the first day they’ve been utilizing the latest technology to manufacture ammunition, working to fulfill the needs of shooters without draining their wallets. If you want to feed your gun for less, try Tula.
These 7.62x54r rounds are 148 grain, making them pretty lightweight for the cartridge size. At this weight these rounds can reach terrific speeds and are still heavy enough to basically annihilate your target. These are FMJ rounds, so they don’t expand but simply penetrate and keep on flying, so make sure you’ve got a solid backstop in place. Without a good backstop, rifle rounds can travel quite a distance before stopping. Each round has a muzzle velocity of 2785 feet per second. This ammunition is made for target practice, tactical training, and plinking.
There are 20 target rounds in this box. Tula manufactures all their ammunition at their centuries-old plant in Tula, Russia, loading them to SAAMI or CIP specifications. And because Tula understands the importance of value, they use their unique bimetal layering process to create these steel cases. Finished rounds are berdan primed to ensure ignition and extend overall shelf-life and coated with a special polymer for consistent cycling. Thanks to Tula your range time just became far more affordable. Order one box to give your rifle a quick snack and multiple boxes for a more substantial meal, but whatever you do, order. And don’t wait; your rifle’s hungry.
(This ammunition is steel-cased. Some ranges do not allow rounds with steel cases, so make sure you double check before trying to use this ammunition at your area range.)
