Fiocchi was founded in 1876 in Lecco, Italy, and has spent almost 150 years manufacturing quality ammunition. Although they started small, they flourished and branched out in no time, going from local production in 1876 to worldwide distribution today. All of Fiocchi’s ammunition is manufactured according to strict specifications and undergoes rigorous tests and careful quality control measures. As evidence of their excellence, Fiocchi has earned or been awarded a number of certifications and awards, including NATO AQAP-110 Certification, ISO 14001 Certification, and UNI EN ISO 9001 Certification.
These are lightweight rounds at 130 grain. They’re Full Metal Jacket, so they don’t expand on impact and they’re prone to over-penetration, so you need to have a good backstop just as with all target rounds. It’s fantastic ammunition for target practice, tactical training, and plinking. Each round delivers with a muzzle velocity of 950 feet per second and muzzle energy of 260 foot-pounds. Fiocchi makes these as new-production, non-corrosive brass cases with boxer primer; you can fire every round you have, collect your spent brass, reload it, and get back to the range.
You get 50 target rounds in this single box of ammunition. That makes it the perfect size for transporting in your range bag or stacking in your safe for a rainy day. After all, every shooter should have a stash of ammunition set aside, because there’s nothing worse than having no ammunition when you need it. Fiocchi’s headquarters and main plant are located in Lecco, Italy, just as they have been for almost 150 years, but they also have an Ozark, Missouri, plant for U.S. sales. Whether you want to stock up or head straight to the range, these high-quality target rounds from Fiocchi will keep your gun fed when the time comes.
